You can always revert back to 1.32 or 4.00, run Ciri out of bounds in Breakneck Speed, and bring her to a brothel... pretty sure watching her stand there watching Geralt be with every hooker in the place qualifies as questionable. As for a complex, you can then play through the rest of the game as a Ciri/Geralt hybrid.
