Kaer Morhen - southeast tower

Is there ever any key for the locked door to the southeast tower of Kaer Morhen? The one that leads out south to the cliff where Keira (supposedly) stands (an alchemy supplies marker on the map but she is not there).

I've had to jump off the castle wall to access the path, but cannot re-enter Kaer Morhen even though the tower's outer door is unlocked.

Looks like I had to perform some acrobatic parkour to climb up the broken stair well to the top of the tower in order to drop back onto the castle rampart.

She is there. We just had a talk, but it's that old conversation again, the one from the diner we had together... some time ago, if you get my meaning. Yet she can sell stuff.
Weird.
No key though, but jumping...
And I could only re-enter the fortress by its only main entrance.
