Hmm, if you're doing to your wife what the BB did to his, I'm calling the police on you, period.

So? Get a divorce, whatever. If you think that justifies hitting her, we disagree there ... and with that I'm unsubscribing from this thread, good night.

While the Baron was out defending his nation from invasion, Anna was busy shagging the gardner.

Both were wrong.

Witcher is just like real life. Play other quests and you'll see. Everything is either utter ♥♥♥♥ or kinda ♥♥♥♥♥♥.

And yet in the past women got punished for that behavior and still to this day in some nations women still do. Funny how societies around the world still consider adultery wrong and yet in most countries it's just a matter to divorce over. Funny how women getting more power in society made the issue of adultery less important.

Not to mention, Anna was involved in a child trafficking and cannibalism cult.

Total scum. Deserves to be beat down with a shovel, woman or not.

And also, if you remember the dialogue, she tired to kill the Baron with a knife, and i think that's when he first hit her.

What you're ignoring is that the reason she tried to knife him is that he came home stinking drunk and tried to force himself on her. In other words, he tried to rape her. That makes her actions self-defense. One more thing you need to remember: Anna was pregnant during their last fight, and the Baron hit her in the stomach. She miscarried from that. Depending on your beliefs, that also potentially means he committed murder. Was she cuckolding him? Yes. Does that mean he was justified in his actions? No, absolutely not.

This right here ^

That's not what the wiki says, it says she tried to knife him after he killed the adulterer, nothing about rape, besides the point that they were married. So nothing about self-defense

"Eventually, Anna decided it was best to leave Phillip completely and one day packed up and took Tamara with her to Evan's, leaving a note behind for Phillip to let him know she was leaving. Upset, Phillip followed her to bring her and Tamara back. However, still enraged, Phillip ended up killing Evan, upsetting Anna, who proceeded to yell and claw at him before picking up a knife and trying to stab him. Phillip moved out of the way just in time and, not knowing what else to do, beat her. "

What's worse about the baby is that she wanted it to be miscarried and went to the witches for help....

"Extremely desperate to not have another child with the man she hated, she made a pact with the Crones where she'd be in their service for a year if they would do away with the unborn baby. However, ever deceitful, the Crones twisted it so while the fetus would die, it was also sapping Anna of her strength and killing her as well. "

She's an all round terrible person, compared to the baron who in the end still loves her and kills himself out of grief if she dies, she is not like that at all and betrays his love and takes his children. If you can't put yourself in his shoes of how this would play out for you, then you have no sense of morality.

Testosterone based creature goes out to war, risks his like over and over again, against enemies who want to destroy his entire tribe, only to come home to find the estrogen based creature shagging the gardener.
Phillip make a mistake, yes: he should have had them both eliminated instead just one.
