Blindingly Obvious and Reason of State
Hi!!!

Can I make those two quest?

How do i get Blindingly Obvious?

I have done An eye for an eye, Dead plot, Redanian most wanted and have no other secondary quest but gwent...

Hoy do I get Reason of state?
Wiki is kind confusing...

They are late game quests. They will appear soon after completing "Bald Mountain".

Edit: if you want Nilfgaard to win, do not push aside Dijkstra, but tell him about Emhyr.

When you get to Final Preparations.
Blindingly Obvious is with Triss. Side Quest is Reason of State.
Great Escape is with Yen.
Payback is with Ciri
Through Time and Space is with Avallac'h

I was confused at first too because you don't get the quest names to show up until you talk to the person associated with the quest. Most stuff I found on google didn't TELL me this. I kept getting the quest names and what order to do them in. Finally figured out which names went with which quest.

You are welcome. Also this was the order I found in several places. Suppose to be best for story line.
