Depends, like if you do more exploration and find more dimeritium ore etc, then you will need like 10k to 15k, but I think it would be safe to say that it will take around 30k for each grandmaster set.

It depends on the armor. Wolf and Cat run about 10k to get each item to Grandmaster level, not including the swords. The others will likely be more. That's just the immediate expense you'll have to pay for making the items. Gathering all the materials is likely to add on additional expenses. So count on somewhere between 10k and 20k, for a margin of safety.

I just got my Feline Grandmaster set. If you have the crafting items it will save you around 75% of the cost. If you have to purchase all of the crafting items then each piece of equipment can cost you around 10k each. I had a mixture of crafting items and purchasing items. I spent somewhere around 25k for the set

And how do you make that money? I'm level 20 and I have only 12k yet

Also, you can't equip the Grandmaster set until you are level 40/41 so if you are only level 20 then you don't need to worry about it yet. I made most of my gold gathering up pirate treasure in the oceans in Skellige and selling all the extra gear. Just loot everything and make sure you are selling equipment to the appropriate merchants or you could lose a lot of gold (general items to general merchants / weapons & armor to blacksmiths and armorers / alchemy items to alchemy merchants, etc.)
