you have to work yourself back into toussaint, and get the keys to corvo bianco (which is not upgraded/remodeled).
upgrading your estate is over and done with. but you'll be able to start NG+ with your grandmaster armor.. which, with all your skill points, and mutations is very fun. since most of your first playthrough ['wild hunt' {velen, novigrad etc}] you had crappy weapons and armor.
note: any quest related items,, like books, letters, gwent cards will not transfer over into NG+
Okay so, if I managed to have all the Witcher gears upgraded to Grand master, all those armors will be with me in NG+?
What about my alchemy lab, my Roach gear?
Did you know Roach is a female horse? I didn't know....
All your grandmaster armor sets will transfer over into NG+, provided you place them all into your 'stash' before activating NG+.. do not leave them on the 'armor stands' in Corvo Bianco.
NO access to the Alchemy lab in Corvo. you will not have access to this since Corvo Bianco is back to being a morgue as you first encounted it.
Yes, all your Roach gear will transfer over. and I do believe Roach is a male. however, I may be wrong.. There's a quest (I don't want to ruin it) but Roach speaks in a male voice. lol.. can't remember to be honest.
I say this about Roach because, when I was buying things for Corvo Bianco, Geralt refers to Roach as "her", I thought it was male
There is a quest in which Roach speaks? hmm.... I need to explore more I guess, do you get that quest in B&W?
Thank you for answering my questions dantès
and Yes, the quest where Roach speaks is in B&W. its actually a very funny and interesting quest.
As for Gwent decks in NG+: check the Nexus, there are mods that make regaining all the non-unique cards much easier, by adding them to certain Vendors.
The only "downside" to this would be that this makes it possible to obtain an illegal/impossible deck, i.e. multiple issues of cards which should have a limit of 1 per Deck/Faction.
