jenny o' the woods problem

they say she is weak to Yrden sign but even i cast it she seems not affected. more over i'm level 13 (they suggest level 10 to complete this contract) and i put specter oil on my silver sword: barely i take a short piece her BIG life ...
any suggestions will be highly appreciated !

then your only option is to use the yrden sign that has the same effect.cast it and wait in it for it to teleport and attack you then you can deal some damage

don't u understand that i cast the Yrden but has no effect ? she enter the circle as it is not there ...
maybe it's a game bug ...

No, there's no bug. Yrden materializes the nightwraith so that Geralt can hit her effectively:

Yeah man its weirde shoit, or you got really good gear for your level and you play yarden clean or you have moon dust, if you can do it you must get the moon dust bomb unfortenatly :/
go forge it, find a herbelist and stuff, that is if your save lets you do that

i'll go back for Jenny after i'll reach to some superior level, though this weakness is disturbing because there are also another nightwraiths in game who kill me easy ...

can someone give me a hint where to find the plans for doing Moon bomb ? (zone)
because i don't have it in my Crafting zone and i cannot built it.

There's no one source for it. Check the various alchemists and herbalists. If you can't it in Velen or the alchemist just to the northeast of Oxenfurt, try visiting Tomira in White Orchid.

unfortunately i did not find in Oxenfurt's blacksmith shop the formula for Moon :(

I don't get what's your problem with Yrden here. From this comment I assume that you somehow misunderstood how it is supposed to work. Yrden doesn't stop the wraiths, it doesn't even slow them, at least the slow is not noticeable, if any. But it makes them easier to kill (provided that they remain in that circle), it also prevents some from disappearing/teleporting, etc. Since you're a higher lvl than the suggested one, you must be doing something wrong. I almost killed that wraith being underleveled (lvl 5 or so) on Death March difficulty (but gave it up for now, switching to the main story quests)

Jenny of the woods in particularly tho if youre not high level enough or play clean, then she'll heal her self very often so without the silver bomb for some players this monster specifically could be problematic I guess.
