Question about "Poppy the Owl" *Potential Spoilers*

So I'm about 99% certain that it's Philippa Eilhart and I was given a quest from Radovid to find her but I chose to not give him the crystal to the megascope, because ♥♥♥♥ that guy. I'm now at the "Brothers in Arms" section of the game, Zoltan has gone to Kaer Morhen and she's still hooting away on her perch. Was giving Radovid the crystal the only way to see her?

She was one of the more interesting characters in the second game (I opted to not intervene when her eyes were removed) and I'd love to see her again in this game. It would be incredibly anti-climactic after finding evidence of her trying to retrieve her vision just to see her remain stuck in owl form for the entire game. Did I miss my opportunity for some quests or is it truly just a normal owl? Thanks in advance.

I might be having problems with my memory, but I don‘t think she ever comes along to KM. You are on the right track with the owl, but it‘s a different quest, and I think it comes later. Witcher wikia usually has all those details.
