Play The Witcher 3 Multiplayer is possible ?

Is it possible that I can play The Witcher 3 on the computer together with my sister who plays for Nitendo Switch ?

Witcher 3 is a single player game. there's no multiplayer option. you may be confusing 'adding a friend' or 'inviting a friend' option between platforms with an actual in-game multiplayer experience.

What Steam is offering you is simply an option to let other Steam Users view a livestream of your gameplay via Stream Architecture.

it might be saying remote play which from what I've done with remote play on steam with other games is the other person can also control the same character. basically you can both control the same character so you'll need to talk and decide who's controlling him for how long. also for remote lay both must have a steam account.
there is no actual co-op or MP in this single player game, thankfully.
