Hanged mans venom oil effective vs everyone?
I have enhanced hang mans venom oil, it says 25% attack power vs humans and non humans. So isnt this everyone? Maybe its poorly worded, what does it mean...?

Poorly worded. Non-humans means dwarves, elves rather than any monster.
