Kambi card Skellig deck....
Cant figure out this card. It says when it leaves the battlefield another powerful card is summoned. So I played it, then replaced with decoy, and nothing happened. So if I play it, and the round ends, do I get the powerful replacement card for the next round?

It has to remain on the battlefield.

Decoy cancels it.
