Funny "Carnal SIns" aftermath

First time player, just finished the Carnal Sins side-quest. For "reasons" I went back to Crippled Kate's fine establishment, and up on the 3rd floor found poor Sweet Nettie still tied to the chair. There were no dialogue options with Nettie, and I couldn't find anyone else who seemed to care.

I had selected the Axii option on Nathaniel to force him to stop, I guess I should have told him to untie Nettie before he left.

You could have untied Nettie yourself by speaking to her after dealing with Nathaniel. Didn't know that if you didn't do that she'd just be stuck there. You'd think at some point some NPC would enter that room and find her.

I always had a problem with seeing Patricia Vegelbud still tied up (in the vegelbud residence) well after the 'Carnal Sins' quest concludes.. never understood why. a simple script to have her removed would of sufficed.

So I was curious enough to dig up a checkpoint save and try the various options with the red-hot poker priest. If I either kill him outright (and not find the real killer) there is a dialogue option with Sweet Nettie and she gets untied. If I let the priest try to explain himself, and end up learning the real killer, but then choose to kill the priest, I again get to talk to Nellie and untie her. But if I choose the Axii option to stop the priest, there is no option to talk to Nettie and untie her. Looks like a bug in the script.

Finally got around to playing again on New Game+ and decided to try a new option. After getting the red-hot poker priest to tell me who the real murderer was, I left him to finish torturing poor Nettie. After dealing with the killer I went back to check and Nettie was still tied to the chair and the priest was standing in the room, and neither could be interacted with. So this gives the same result as using axii on the priest instead of killing him.
