The Witcher 3 Mods, need some help

I need a good couple of mods to enhance my experience with this game, like Graphic mods or enhanced gameplay ones. On NMM i used AutoOil, the gore mode that makes you always dismember enemies when killed, and the Hd reworked project (without good results). Which mods do u recomend me?

When you look through the mods on Nexus Mods, sort them by most endorsed - that will give you a good idea of the ones people like the most. :)
