Reset a Gwent quest?

Is it possible to restart a quest. I did 1 Gwent quest and failed it at the beginning of the game. Now I have finished the game and wanted to go back and do the Gwent quests. Is it possible to reset the quest I failed and start over?

Depends on the quest, but some of the cards become unavailable when you advance in the main quests or some of the war-related side quests. In some cases you would need to reload to a save from before some fateful decision which could result in needing to replay large chunks of the game. Better to just wait until your next playthrough.

No idea. I haven't played NG+. Wikis might know.

NG+ resets the game, adding your imported level to enemies (an OG enemy lvl 5 in a NG+ started at 32 is now lvl 37), all quests, exploration and gwent deck are as when you started the OG.
If you start NG+ lower than lvl 30, you are upscaled to lvl 30 - but given the games generous xp handout, that is not likely to happen...
