I had killed Keira Metz, Was it a big mistake ?

I am tracking the quest "isle of mists" and my quest is failed where I had to make her an ally. I am far ahead in the game now and will have to complete another at least 30 hours of gameplay to reach here again just to change that decision. Is it worth it ? How much it is going to affect the future quests and the story line ?

you did good she would have traded up for Lambert if you told her to lay low in KM or she would have died anyways if she went to crap i forgot his name again

There is an impact on the main story a bit yes. Doesn't impact you directly, but it will potentially impact the fate of another character. I won't say anymore or i'll venture into spoiler territory. I'd say it's fine though. Gives you another reason to replay the game again later.

Oh and you'll miss out on an achievement later.

No way mate. Killing her is the worse possible ending for her story.

You can have a happy ending for her. Not romantically, but in a friend way. You can prevent her from keeping the documents and at the same time convince her to help out later on.

Yea killing her is the absolute BAD ending. She never was your enemy. Infact she helped you a great deal by helping you course through Avallac'h's laboratory. But I doubt if it's worth to reverse 30 hours just to change that decision. In the end it's all up to you.

She finds the cure for the Catriona plague if you convince her to go to Kaer Morhen. Keep her alive.

Personally I'd say its the wrong decision, but it isn't crucial that she live. However, there is a chance that things may not go so well for Lambert if you don't pay attention at Kaer Morhen.
