That means that your computer is about to take off.
Does it sound a bit like a tiny helicopter ?
Would not be concerned, as long as it doesnt take off entirely from the ground,
Such as computer restarting or completely shutting off, your computer is way to hot even though the fan is going full blast.
NEVER use a vacuum cleaner, you'll be sorry! A dust free computer will be cooler and fans run at lower RPM.
Also, ask yourself if it is normal fan noise (increasing RPM) or maybe a fan is loosing its bearing. Not all fans are created equal, some are as noisy as all he77...
