Help dijkstra Kill radovid or Not?
I am on my 2nd run and I want to help Kill Radovid and save a lot of lives. But if I help kill Radovid Will Nilfgaard then win the war (because I don't want that).

I always thought It was Radovid's battle planning that beat Nilfgaard.

So to sum up It I help kill Radovid will Nilfgaard win the war?
Also keep in mind I am trying to get Witcher Ciri ending.

Kill radovid and then let dijkstra kill the temerian patriots

There really is no winning in that quest. Do nothing and Radovid defeats Nilfgaard, but he conquers the northern kingdoms and allows the witch hunters to keep burning people. Help Dijikdtra and Nilfgaard is also defeated, but he also goes on to conquer the north plust he kills all of your temerian buddies. Make a deal with Nilfgaard and Temeria retains a degree of autonomy, but the former conquers the other northern kingdoms and you have to kill Dijikstra. All the choices suck on their own unique way.

Damn Don't want the Termerian people to die, But don't want the mage's and healers to die. I guess Dijkstra will not Kill as many people as Radovid tho. So will pick the lesser of two evils and play the numbers game of lives saved.

Also will taking a side effect what Ciri and Triss do in the end?
Trying to get Gerald a happy ever after here with Triss and Witcher Ciri, Because my first run did end well for him.

One of the best parts of experiencing an RPG is seeing the consequences of your actions! Do what your Geralt would think is right, and if you don't like the end result, it's a great motivator to play again. :)

I did that and I had to restart because to many people died and I get sad.:steamsad:.
So I am on 2nd run but other games in my steam library are getting annoyed with the fact Wither 3 is getting all the love.

You can help Nilfgaard and Temeria win the war and still get witcher Ciri if you don't take her to see her father during Blood on the Battlefield. The outcome here is that Emhyr conquers the north and then eventually passes his position on to Voorhis instead of Ciri, because you tell him Ciri died. This ending doesn't make a lot of sense because Nilfgaard's spies would certainly find out about witcher Ciri roaming the land, but we can just ignore that.

Ah good I am on the right track then. Just had Radovid and Dijkstra Killed and didnt take Ciri to see Emhyr so hopefully should be all good.
Yeah that's one thing that bugged me about the ending, Nilfgaard have drawing of what Ciri looks like in the start on the game. They also know she has a scar on her face and Ash hair so you would think so was easy to spot.

Lore wise....Emhyr married fake Ciri.
So, if Emhyr believes Ciri is dead, who would be looking for her?

Unless Ciri told someone her real identity, how would anyone figure out who she is? As long as the elves and the sorcerers do not want to mess with her, everyone else do not even know she was ever out there.

Ciri is pretty much a ghost by the end of the books.

Actually, it would have been harder for Emhyr to convince everyone that he now had the real Ciri and she was his daughter.

To be fair....its actually very weird that none ever figures out Emhyr was once a prince of Cintra lol But that is a book issue by itself. So...I guess people have very short memory in this world anyway :) One has to wonder if at least Skellige noble families would not go like "hmmm....we have seen this emperor guy before, he used to hang out with us".
