After my first playthrough if I could have just stuffed Gremist and a box containing Skellige's soundtrack into my boat, I'd have pushed right back out to sea faster than Ol' King Bran
The best one was the guy with the cart of plague ridden corpses and you can meet him later for some closure.
I agree that I didn't like how many of the treasures and stuff are far away on a tiny little island with no fast travel. Also you have to climb very tall mountains and take hidden specific paths to get some of the treasure. The main theme is awesome, kinda sad in its own way. The theme that plays at night is also a highlight. Velen and Novigrad is just so depressing, dirty, and full of swamps.
