Thanks, didnt know that. Where exactly does the final part of the story begin? So once you start it, you cant stop until the game is finished? After the main story is finished, can you then do side quests? Thanks...!!!
I think you should able to do it after the main quest is done(not 100% sure..), but there are still a couple long main quest to do depend on the choices you choose.(And yes, you have to finish it till the end) If you only do the main quest after capture the castle, you should load your previous save.

In general if time won't advance, Geralt can't meditate. If you have hard alcohol in your inventory and you need to replenish potions, hitting the meditate button will replenish them even if he can't meditate (and health will replenish depending on what difficultly your playing on.) Also with that many vampires around wanting to attack, the enemy flag may be preventing him from being able to meditate.
