Where do you sell items for the highest amount of money?

I stored away almost everything I found/looted just to sell at the highest price possible when I find the shop. The only time I sold stuff was when I actually needed money.

Is there any shop that pays full price? Call me greedy, but I need a lot of money to try out a lot of weird builds for which I need to craft items and buy runestones , glyphs and reset potions. And I don't want to look online for those, it just takes away from the fun. Dismantling items is out of the question since some of them are unique.

I have a lot of materials but I don't have the money.

I found online some shops that buy at full price but those seem to be outdated.
In 230 hours I have played witcher 3 I haven't found a single shop that buys items at full price and It's getting frustrating since I have locked money.

Here is what shops I sell to:
Alchemy materials I sell in Toussaint at 2 herbalists that buy for about 90% (closest rate I found to full price) . 1 Herbalist I saved from a cave and she can be found in Coronata Vineyard. Second Herbalist is in Beauclair next to the Grandmaster smith.

Weapons I sell to Eibhear Hattori (Master Swordsmith). The rate is about 70-75%.

Armor I sell to the armorer from Kaer Trolde (Skellige) and to the armorer in Oxenfurt. Rate is about 60-65%.

Books to the Librarian in Novigrad.

Crafting materials I sell to the Grandmaster smith in Toussaint. Rate is about 70-75.

Hide , junk , jewelry. Best rate I found for those was 40%. I still have hundreds and hundreds of hides I want to sell for good money.

After you rescue the man from the cave and reunite the 3 brothers they will buy at pretty much full price from their bar near the graveyard in Toussaint. Make sure you sell to the brother as the normal bartender there pays the usual rate, only the brother pays more. Unfortunately they don't have much money to buy stuff.

Weapons I sell to the swordsmith that is rescued in the Vine Wars quest. He pays the best I've found.

You can get best price for your armors and weapons at Skellige Hjalmar's Castle, armorer who buys it located just beside the fast travel point.

Before getting to Toussaint i always used to sell my weapons and armor to the guy in Hierarch Square and the guy in Kaer Trolde Keep. Never had any problems with money in this game, finished NG with 100.000K+ gold and NG+ with 250.000k gold crafting everything i could and buying everything i needed along the way.

I don't think there is anyone that will pay full price for anything in this game, they're supposed to make a profit i guess.
