Is there a Glitch/Bug with this quest?
I've tried everything but the square "hole" is still blocked for some reason. and i've completed the part 1 quests. anyone have a solution?

tried relaunching...didn't work. and didn't finished the storyline quests

alright, i see the point. to get to this place you need to finish the story. anyway i wouldn't recommend searching for those things because they cost too much to be bought and crafted while the main story line

Theses are the ones in the sewers beneath the blacksmith in Oxenfurt?

Once you are into the sewer if you use your witcher senses there will be a red brick that you will need to press to open the bit of wall behind which you will find the diagram.

You don't have to wait until the end of the game to get there you can go anytime.

but it doen't change the fact that it is almost IMPOSSIBLE to craft those trousers while the main story line unless you focus on finding the right resources

and anyway to get to the sewers you have to complete the story line til some point of djikstra's missions

You don't have to wait, I usually just pick them up the first time I get to Oxenfurt and go past that blacksmith. It took me a few playthroughs to realise you could get to where Junior was through those sewers, I usually just fought my way through the front! You do have to take care to get the materials though.
