Cheat Menu Mod?
I want a mod that lets me just take a couple levels in one or two abilities without completely messing up my progression, basically, I want to use the slow mo crossbow ability and alternate signs without making myself level 1,000 instantly. Any mods that let you give yourself single skill points? I have one that gives enough slots

enable the console and type in the commands. addmoney(xxxxx) addskillpoints(xxx) ect ect

1: The Witcher 3\bin\config\base\general.ini
2: open in notepad.
3: paste "DBGConsoleOn=true"
4: save
5: press ~ ingame to open console.

There is your cheat menu, it's the developer console.
