necrotic blood---HELP HELP HELP

I have already cleared the game, and I am currently playing dlc HS, but on a mission that I need to do a mix to put in the soup of the soldiers there is a bug, the recipe calls for necrotic blood, which does not seem to exist for me in the game, exists just necrotic blood maestral, I kill the necroses, and the other kind of blood never falls, can anybody help me?

Pretty common stuff to me. You should have tons of Rotfiend Blood by the time you reach HoS (unless you started a new game from the menu).

I think the halfling herbalist (near Oxfenfurt) sells it. The same halfling that is involved in the quest anyway (where the hideout is).
