Innkeep in Rosemary & Thyme, Novigrad?

Howdy.

Am about to beat Gwent players in Novigrad, and I've a few players left to meet. Unfortunely, I can't find the innkeep who's inside Rosemary & Thyme tavern. On the Witcher wiki, it claims he's around evening/night, but he's not even there. Did I miss him when I met Zoltan when he was there? I really need to beat this Gwent player.

Hm, then I guess you've got the Collect Them All achievement without him. Because, the wiki says the innkeeper is important for getting that achievement.

There is a gwent player in the Rosemary & Time after Dandelion opens it, is a player of little renown but is a card.

Don't know if he has a time shedule or not, but never had problems finding him.

If didn't found Dandelion then the NPC is not there. Will be there after you find him for obvious reasons. You'll see when you advance enough.
