What is a quick way to level up?
I'm only level 7 after playing the game for 15 hours.

The question should be, "what is a quick way to level slow". :)
I think that bothers/bothered many players out there, that you level up too quickly.

Just do some main quest and you are overleveled soon. Thats the fastest way to level up.

That's exactly what I've been doing: focusing on the main quests, yet I found myself underleveled for Novigrad. So now I'm doing errands for Keira Metz, hoping she would let me bone her in the end.

Keep doing quests. That's where you get level from. Farming does not work in Witcher 3.
When you get close to level 30-35 you are near the end game.

Explore those question marks on the maps. Some of them are places of power. You get a level point everytime you use a new one for the first time.

The sidequests will get you a lot more experience as well.

Finally: the Witcher 3 is a LONG game. Level 7 at 15 hours is probably pretty good. I just got to level 22 at 118 hours.

What is the meaning of OP? I knew it's OverPowered but in this case it's clearly not.
open the command console and type in "setlevel=x", x is your desired level :steamhappy:

Joking BTW
Just do all the side quest. but make sure to not do too many before continung the main story, because then you will get less XP from the Main Story Quest wich are the ones that will always give you most XP. Also going to abandon Sites and freeing those from Monsters does give you a lot of XP, especially in Blood and Wine(120XP each), also destroying a monsters nest will give you 50XP. But if you are looking for a constant methode: In Toussaint there is a Big Bandit Camp in a Castle. If you go there and kill everybody exept for the leader, you will get around 200XP per run. Once all the bandits are dead, just simply travel to a nother map(Velen for example) and then come back to Toussaint, then all the Bandits will be there again.

Guy above has no idea what he's talking about. Side quests/monster farming barely give any exp, just do the main quests and you shouldn't have trouble leveling. Of course, if you actually want to fully experience the game, do all the quests, but don't stick to one location or you'll get bored quickly (novigrad felt like a chore).

Literally everything I said is a true way, a good way and also THE ONLY WAY to Level up more than you would do through side quest. I am really sorry that you don't know that much about this game to say it.

I dont see how you helped anybody here ?!
You lost yourself in trivial explanations instead of focusing on the main point. Then you began to insult a user, because he doesnt share your opinion.

Main quest = Most XP.
Where is the problem ?
