Download disk usage stuck at 0 bytes after downloaded 30gb

I dont know whats wrong but it seem i cant download witcher 3 , and the thing is the download connection stop working after i downloaded around 30 gb , the disk usage will start to stuck at 0 bytes , and this is my 3rd attempt and it always stuck at 30gb . i try to download overnight but it seem it stuck at 0 bytes Overnight , its so frustrating , try to reinstall steam , change download region, clear download cache seem not working
