A few feet away from the sign post in Elector's Square in Novigrad is an Eternal Fire priest who pays well for books and furs and some junk. There is someone in one of the southern fishing villages in Skellige that pays huge sums for furs. I could be wrong, but I think the first innkeeper in White Orchard pays well for food. (you can pick up some Balisse fruit out back while you are there) It would be good to make a serious note who pays well for food... I'm at the end of the game, and only ran across maybe two people who payed well.
Hattori the blacksmith in Heirarch square I believe pays the best for swords until Blood and Wine. Fergus the blacksmith in Crow's Perch seems to pay the best for armor, but I think the armorer in Skellige pays more. I tried making mental notes of all of this, but it's been a while since I was out that way.
It also seems, if you want to take notes and compare, some people who pay alot for furs won't always pay well for junk, and some people who buy junk won't always pay well for furs, it seems like it's divided up for fur, junk, food, books.
Thank you very much.
