Grandmaster Feline level requirement is too low?
Level 41 for grandmaster set and I have found some level 47 enemies in Blood and wine

Is it too weak?

I've been doing blood and whine passably with a superior griffon set, and upgrading it to master has made it comfortable.
Grandmaster should be a cakewalk.

It is fine, you can use it well into NG+ Deathmarch if you want. Depending your build. A lot of people do not like the hood, so replace the chest and trousers with something else. I used Viper chest and trousers with grandmaster feline gauntlets and boots for all of Blood and Wine. in NG+, I had to switch to Legendary because it was to weak. Your build can depict which armor is best. In NG+ I went with an attack and alchemy build so I wore a mix of legendary feline and legendary ursine until I got the Manticore set.

That's because 41 is enough for B&W NPCs
In new game+ all armor and weapons excluding crossbows, your currently owned witcher gear and weapons are all upgraded well beyond the best gear you can get in the normal game

There is a mod to hide the hood

Or wear a mask or glasses. Personally, having a heavy or medium chest with Levity is, for me, a good compromise on damage resistance plus attack power gain with feline armor and cat skill. But like I said, as soon as I got Manticore with Levity in Deathmarch NG+, I never looked back, fit my build well.

Even with the extra decoction buffing your damage by 40% (if you're running euphoria build) Cat school gear still has more physical damage
