How to change the home screen music?

Hi, so, I was playing TW3 on PS4 in the past, and decided to replay the game on PC. But the music from the game's home screen on PS4 was very different from that on PC, much less melancholy, and I liked it a lot. Is there any way to change this song? I know it's silly, but I didn't like this new song so much. My TW is the full version.

Nexus mods has some mods that change the both background and music of main menu.

Though it appears that it is for an early version of the game, not sure if it would still work but, there might be some other mods too

I think it has to do with what DLC is installed. The one I have right now is obviously Blood and Wine, because of the character in the background and the song from the DLC's trailer.

Edit: In the mod's comments, they said they were out of date, and recommended another mod to do that, a more recent one. I installed it and everything worked out, I can change the songs and even the animations!
