stuck in Open Sesame mission

after i break the vault and side with Ewald Borsodi and kill his brother the next fight with Ewald Borsodi the npc + Ewald Borsodi are frozen they can't not attack same as Geralt how do i fix this i tries reload my save twice now so i have no choice but to take the 2nd option

Had this issue myself, so on a 3rd reload I betrayed Ewald then I chose to kill Horst when told I cant have the house, that time the fight worked even when the Ewald fight didnt. That allowed me to essentially get the same outcome
