But if you want the best of both worlds (PC fidelity with couch comfort), you'd might want to get yourself a Steam Link for around 50$ and stream the game from your PC to your TV. That way you'd not have to choose and can have both.
Edit: The fps is also locked at 30 on consoles. Not a deal breaker, but something to consider at least.

also, the loading screens on console are a joke.
Kept mentioning things like draw distance that on console is apparently a bit too short and the environment draws infront of your face (making reference to some buildings outside novigrad just popping in), and "smooth..smooth..so smooth" i guessing from the 60 fps.
You seem keen on getting the console version, then you should get that. Plus, if you don't own a gaming rig, then console becomes all the better, all the settings are already moderated to achieve 30 fps without worries.

2. Better graphics (depends on your system)
3. Can play with controller
4. Plug your PC into the TV if it's that necessary, if not, stream it with some hardware.
