Geralt: The professional achievement missing

I just completed the game fully, my Geralt is level 53, I completed all possible side quests and witcher contracts. I'm 100% positive that I visitted all notice boards. However, I didn't get the achievement for completing all contracts. Are there any contracts that are missable, or is it a bug?

IIRC there is a contract "Heart of the Woods" where you can spare Woodland Spirit. If you did it then you won't get the achievement since you didn't fulfill the contract.

I got this achievement this week (04 November), so I can verify that it's not bugged. In the Heart of the Woods quest, I spared it by doing the altar/wolves thing. Your decision has no effect on the achievement.

Idk what's going on then. Another thing is that I completed Blood and Wine, but the achievement 'The witcher's gone south" is also blocked. I am planning to complete the game again in NG+ and I'll see how it works out for me.

Wish I could offer more but it's only my first playthrough. You can check my profile to verify the achievement if necessary. I think I'm about level 39 and the achievement might have popped up after doing something in the Blood and Wine expansion. Wish I had been recording/broadcasting the gameplay so I could go back and check. Sorry. :(

I just want to verify one more thing. In Skellige there is a contract where some silver miners went missing. When you look for them you come up against a troll which you can spare or kill. Did you kill it or spare it? I spared it two times and it looks like it's the only explanation for it.

I spared that troll and went to tell the contract guy. He called me a coward or something and he was not happy but that's the way it went down.

Now I'm wondering if somehow you might not have followed up with a quest giver to collect a reward and officially complete a contract.

Make saves before achievements.

I had the achievement for all contracts done, but I didn't have the achievement for the shrieker, which was pretty annoying.

I'm 100% sure I completed all contracts and spoke with all NPCs afterwards. I didn't really pay attention to achievements, I just wanted to complete all quests. After I completed the game I just checked the achievements, and lack of this one was at least surprising.

Phantom of the Trade Route is easily missable because it does not start by reading the message board.
