save data appears to be damaged and cannot be loaded

I deleted all my files and reinstalled windows and just today i installed witcher 3 again,i got 120 hours in this game over 12 manual saves and nearly 20 autosaves yet each and one of them fails to load and displays a "save data appears to be damaged and cannot be loaded"i already tried to verify integrity of local game files but the issue still remains.

Did you use any cheats, mods, console commands before? Is it the same version of the game after reinstalling?

No never I only played the game normally always downloaded it from steam and yes it's the same Windows and game version.

Then upload your actual savegame and post the link. I'll try if I can load the game. If so I will save and you get your save back.

If you have no other possibility (dropbox, OneDrive) then use www.mediafire.c*om. You have to remove the star in .c*om; Steam removes the link without the star. You have to sign in, but it's free.

Same procedure when you post the link: Add a *.

Here's one of my savegames. Copy the link to your browser, remove the star in .c*om and download the savegame. Try to start it. What happens?
