What happens with Toussaint if Nilfgaard loses the war ?

I'm recompleting the game with the DLCs and i wonder if something will change if i get Nilfgaard to lose the war.

Nothing, the Nilfgaardian armies have simply been driven away from the Northern realms (for the third time). Toussaint is and has been Nilfgaard's vassal state for a long time, whatever transpired in the North has no impact on their state. Not in the context of the game, at least.
