I can't find the Gourmet skill anywhere?
I'm in White Orchard, I have the Game of the Year edition. Is there a point in the game where it unlocks, say when I get to Velen?

It might be because I'm still downloading the game

It is in the character skill tree, when you get a skill point, you can apply the point to the skill, then you have to equip the skill.
