I mean she's clearly past the age of consent and also back in those days first intercourse happened much sooner than today
you people agree ?

Well her true love "mistel" (i don´t know if the name is the same in english because i played in german + the witcher books i read are also in german) was a girl. She has the rose tattoo on her leg because of this girl. The game even refers to it because you can give the answer that you (ciri) prefer girls (in the bathouse in skellige) Also gerald talks/jokes a lot about how "nice" the bar maid who helped ciri in novigrad was after ciri introduced him to her. So gerald sees her as lesbian too.

Yes, that girl was the most love one of Ciri when she was a teenager , near adult more or less (in fact all those characters that have relation with her about sexual plane is in that epoch).

I refer that she is along the story of books (not always in good terms) with men.

I think Auberon Muircetach, for instance. Ciri in this case in particular, that is a like a prisoner and share many moments with this king. Sapkowski would had put clearly the feelings of Ciri in this and other examples about how she is bad with men in those situations of contact and touch and `privacy´ in case she is lesbian.

Or you could have her actually kiss the guy. The "i prefer women" line probably implies that she's trying to refrain from the relationship with no further questions asked. Probably bisexual.
