What does simulate witcher 2 save actually do?

So if you answer the questions Voriss asks you when you are being shaved, you get to simulate a Witcher 2 save. But what do the choices actually mean to the game?

As far as I can tell, the biggest one is whether you killed Letho or not, which changes one of the monster contracts into a quest to help Letho, as well as potentially sending him to Kaer Morhen for more interactions and cutscenes.

Saying that you saved Sheala, means that she will be found dying in a Witch Hunter Prison.

And as far as I can tell, that's it.

The biggest choice you can make in Witcher 2 (siding with Roche or Iorveth), doesn't mean anything.

Saving or killing Aryen doesn't seem to have any effect on the game.

Helping either Saskia or Triss doesn't seem to do anything either.

Am I missing something or are these questions pointless other than as a story recap?

Aryan's story affectshow his mom treats you but that's just decoration no substantial affect on gameplay. I didnt notice any effect for question about Triss. Perhaps rose isnt there with Roche's path?? But yeah only one question really matters. If you import real TW2 save then you also get tattoo if you had it in TW2.

It is almost as if this question has been answered hundreds of times before on the internet. If only there was some sort of search engine that allowed you to search through hundreds, if not thousands, of relevant answers using only a fraction of a second.
