Help! Is Count Reuven's Treasure bugged?

I'm at the point where I'm supposed to search Margrave Henckel's house. I know you're supposed to use your senses and aard to break open the door. The problem is, when I use my senses, the door never turns red, and aard doesn't work. It says the door is locked. Has anyone had this issue? How do you fix it?

You are probably looking at the wrong door. Circle around and try to enter the house from other side.

Facepalm. You were right. The pathing leading you to the door is bugged AF, but the quest isn't. Thanks, man.

Don't feel bad. I suffered a completely preventable death to the Penitent today. That was embarassing.
