Open Sesame Quest - No place in the map

Hello!

I'm playing the Heart of Stone dlc and I'm in the mission that we need to find 3 guys to help a invasion in Borsodi's auction house.

I've already found 2 of the 3 guys. But the 3rd one doesn't appears on map no matter where I go.

Please, can anyone help me? What should I do to find the third guy?

Eveline:
Eveline can be found near the Vegelbud Residence (M1,18). However, before she agrees to go with you, you must help her in the performance or offer money for the ticket refund - 600 crowns (400 if you decide at the beginning that you prefer to talk only with her). In the second case you can continue immediately.

Casimir:
Alness village east from Novigrad, you will find Casimir (M1,16) there. He is attempting to commit a suicide. Be careful, there are many dialogue options and if you will not trigger a fight (not deadly), you can cause the Casimir to blow himself up. The safest option is to use Axii sign or the last dialogue option (offensive one).

Quinto:
Quinto is imprisoned in a cage (M1,17) not far south from the herbalist where you plan the robbery. In order to free him from prison, you have few options:

Pay 400 crowns,
Negotiate the price - you can drop the price to 340 crowns,
Win a Gwent game - if you lose, the price will double,
Participate in a fist fight - similar to above.

Hugo:
He is dead, so you can not recruit him to the team.
As you will learn, Hugo cannot join your party. When you will walk close to his house in Oxenfurt, he won't be inside and you will find some blood trail.
The trail will lead you near the river where you will face three thugs. From the letter found near one of them you will learn that the only place where you can look for Hugo is at the bottom of the river. His body will be tied with a rope to the bottom of the river. Sadly, there is no way to save him, so you will end this phase of the quest at this point and will be forced to recruit Eveline.

I found the solution.

I had to craft one of quest potions...

I just had this problem now and he doesn't seem to spawn in the cage. I crafted the potion and gave it to the cook and the quest just automatically finished the 2/3 recruitment.
