No prompt to destroy ghoul nest in Velen near Crow's Perch

Killed all the ghouls. Geralt says, "Ghoul nest. Oughta just destroy it." I've thrown Samum bombs all over it, used Igni all over it. How do I destroy it? There is no prompt to press a button to plant a bomb.

Are you actually on the nest? Check your map for the monster icon that shows where the nest is... also, sometimes there's 2.

Yep, I even climbed up on top of it. It's like a wooden platform with bodies on top and smoke coming from under it.

That's not the nest, it caught me out too....have a look around, the nest is close by.

Your game has become glitched somehow and there is no way to fix it short of loading an earlier autosave or checkpoint from a point before you began attacking the ghouls in that area. Preferably, your save should be from a point before you even entered that area.

The game has a lot of such issues and reloading usually fixes them because it resets the conditions which then became glitched.

Yikes. that would be a bummer if that were the case. I left the scene, and that was many game hours ago. So I guess that one would just have to be there forever.
