Can I still romance Yen after asking Triss to stay

I was not really familiar with the WItcher franchise when starting this game, nor was I prepared for the hard choices in the game.
I played through a good chunk of the game before actually educating myself about the full lore of Geralt and the world of ther Witcher
After learning what I had to heres the problem

When helping Triss evacuate the mages and I asked her to stay
I didn't want to choose a romantic partner immediately so I just asked her to stay and try again
She leaves which I interperated as a simple rejection towards Geralt and then carried on with the main story
I eventaully come to the point of the Last Wish mission and I don't know what to do
I say that in the sense that I want Geralt to say that he loves Yennefer but I don't know if I've already romanced Triss by asking her to stay

Can I still romance Yennefer without having to go through the Three To Tango mission

You havn't romanced Triss if she leaves on the ship and you didn't get the lighthouse scene by telling her you love her, then you are ok to romance Yen.
