A Dangerous Game side quest bug

I've encountered a weird one. I go to Zed's house to get the cards for Zoltan, and, when I enter the house through the attic doorway, Geralt starts talking as if I'd looted the Isengrim card from the bandit already. When I kill the bandits downstairs, the card isn't on the bandit like it should be. I'm not quite sure what to do. I've reloaded quite a few times to see if that would fix it, and a few google searches brought up nothing. Any help would be much appreciated.

I found a fix. I had the mod "gwent card dealer" installed and had had the Isengrim card in my inventory. Enabling the debug console and using removeitem('gwint_card_isengrim') fixed it

Thanks mate you solved a big headache for me only lost an hour of progress but good that I stumbled it so soon.
