To anybody who have watched The Witcher on Netflix, what's your opinion?

Show is mixed. The questionable casting is an immersion-breaker for me so far (i'm only 3 episodes in). Cavil does a decent job.

I think that CD Projekt Red really nailed the Witcher world and universe -- the Netflix version seems to try to copy it sometimes (with varying degrees of success), but can't help but feel that the show would be much better if CD Projekt Red had actually written / produced it.

CD Projekt did a great job, creating a new story without breaking the lore or the immersion.

Ya CDPR followed the book descriptions for characters pretty darn close. I remember they even put a little mole on Keira's left boob just like it says in the books. Characters that should be black or arab, like Azar Javed in Witcher 1 (Zerrikanian), were black, and they did a nice job with it. It's too bad Netflix is driven by such racist agendas.

It's a lot of fun and exciting. Apart from the sometimes weak CGI I'm loving the show. It's different enough from the books for me to enjoy without comparing it directly to the books.

I didn't like it, it's not about Geralt or Ciri it's about Yennefer and she is an obnoxious, awful character in this.

They should rename it the Yennefer show, featuring Geralt and Ciri.

She's not the Yennefer we know and even after the transformation, she is not as attractive as the game version of The Witcher but you have to remember the show was written by a feminist and having women that are too attractive as romantic interests for Geralt would be sexist.

Isome of it does come across as cheap.. Almost similar to a B-movie fantasy film.

For a TV show its great. People who are comparing it to the books and games are foolish, anyone who watches films or tv that goes from books to film/tv know that they are never 100% source material.

Just watch the series, either you like it or don't, beyond that point no one really gives a ♥♥♥♥.

I am liking it for what it is, a TV adaptation of The Witcher.

After watching the whole thing it went from average to bad B grade laughable nonsense.

Netflix seris is okay, interesting seeing the characters before Geralt knew them but its not as good as wild hunt though :)

Not enough asians in the cast.. anti-asian agenda once again by netflix, come to think of it why do asians and blacks always die first . Typical hollywood anti-asian woke culture. The only movie i've watch in theaters in the past decade was "Crazy Rich Asians", because the entire cast is asian!..I won't give anymore of my money to the anti-Asian establishment.
