Anyone knows where Rebis formula in White Orchard is?

So I'm on second playthrough on "Death March" and I need Rebis to craft things. And the problematic part is that I'm at Velen and it's gonna take a long time for me to learn it at Skellige. I've seen people who say they've found Rebis in the river in White Orchard. I've searched for it around the locations they said they saw, and I've already looted 4 chests under the river but none of them contained Rebis formula. Could anyone please tell me a more specific location of it please?

You can loot the formula from a chest randomly, but Rebis Formula can be bought from Gremist on Skellige at the earliest.
