Quartermaster at Crow's Perch does not have Nilfgaardian Armor Set

I got all the free DLCs and only recently found out about the cool Nilfgaardian set existed! I read that the Crow's Perch Quartermaster would have them but he doesn't sell them? My current guess is that the Gwent mod might have affected it somehow; I got a mod where the same guy sells all the Gwent cards. I removedthe mod but he's still selling the gwent cards and the armor schematics are not there.

Oh and there are no schematics for the armor set. They are sold as is: Armor, Trousers, Boots and Gauntlets, plus the three horse set (Saddle, Saddlebags and Blinders.

Oh yea, I have them installed. But the quartermaster's not selling them at all... hmmm, now i'm thinking i might have sold them before? But i don't remember ever buying them in any playthroughs. Does he only sell them once?
