BUG? Crippling Strikes not working properly?
So I have the crippling strikes ability, but it won't activate. I have in my active ability slot, but it won't cause enemies to bleed. It worked before, but now it's stopped and only works every now and then. Is there something I need to do to make it work, or is all based on a percent chance to cause bleeding?

I was testing it out on city gaurds etc etc and it seems they dont bleed? Anyone else have issues with Crippling Strikes not working properly

This skill probably does not work on all enemies for a long time.

Got it working again? I'm playing the DLC, and it's not working on enemies there.

Never mind, apparently it doesn't work on drowners and possibly drowned dead. Not sure why, it works on most other enemies.
