cant get enhanced feline trousers

so, im trying to get the full set and instead of a ladder its a grate with the ladder on the side with a feline symbol on the top

Finnish "Get Junior". Then the grate should be removed again.
"Should" as in "might bug out on you", and obtaining the diagram via console is your only option.

Then, the next time you are send through those serwers is during "The Great Escape" quest, after "The Battle at Kaer Morhen".
Your best bet is still consoling the schematic into your inventory, as BB suggested, if you can't wait until lvl ~28 to get it...
