Mastercrafted Griffon Gear but doesn't 'show' bonus! 0/6 witcher gear

WHAT is going on here? What is the 'witcher gear'?

Yes, Grandmaster blacksmith is part of the Blood and Wine DLC. They're in another country altogether.

correction, grandmaster schematics are in Blood and Wine. Hattori in Novigrad, The runesmith from Hearts of Stone and the Armor Smith in Velen can all craft grandmaster gear, in addition to the smith in Blood and Wine. However the schematics themselves are found in Toussaint.

The correction is wrong. Only the grandmaster in Toussaint can make grandmaster gear, both swords and armour. All the others, including the Runesmith are master craftsmen and can only make mastercrafted gear not grandmaster.
