Witcher 3 - family case bug with barn quest

Bug in Witcher 3 family cases mission - Only can open 1 doors with horses and horse-boy(he is outside barn btw.).

0:42 = no doors to open he is open when I go there

P.S. Polish version of game.
P.S.S. I competed "like" this guy with 3x "side-quest" below minimap and no log with rescuring in quest log "family cases".
P.S.S.S. He to not rescuring all horses = he not open 1 doors and more doors with horses back from first (1:17 and left from 1:20) = Quest is buged!?!

UPDATE:
For complete this quest he needs only open main entrance to the barn from inside - and no information in quest log about rescuring horse-boy and why this sidequest below minimap = WTF!?!

When I did the quest, all six times I did it, I ran there, heard from the two of them about the fire, was begged by the guy to save his brother and the horses. I went to the barn, no way to get in so I climbed the ladder. Once inside, I found a way to climb back down further in. Then opened three of the stalls for the horses and blew away the debris blocking access to the doors. Finally, just opened that door from the inside and it triggered a cutscene.

The way the game is designed, you really need to follow it exactly. It's easy to miss the trigger for a cutscene and that won't let you complete the quest. Try loading an earlier autosave or checkpoint and try it again.

I have cutscenes too and opened all 6 he stalls for the horses and below minimap objective not check to complete and too trigered cutscene. In future when I back then I know about rescuring him because he talk to me.
