Can I buy gwent cards with real money?
I just started playing this game (like less than an hour in).

I would like to buy a bunch of cards to get a good deck. I know I can buy them from merchants with in-game currency but I did not see any option to use real money. Is it possible to buy cards with real $$?

If so, where do I go?

You can't in this game, but if you are looking for gwent only game go to GoG. it's f2p, and if you wish you can buy kegs(packs) of cards there.

As Deivis mentions, there is Gwent as a stand alone game on GOG.com but it does differ from Witcher 3 Gwent in a number of ways. if you want more cards you can also use the developer console to give yourself cards you are missing or duplicate cards you like to have more of.
